1. About Houm
Houm is an Australian property marketplace that connects owners, tenants, flatmates and buyers directly. We are a listings platform — we are not a real estate agent, we don't hold deposits, and we don't handle transactions.
2. Your account
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Listings & conduct
You may only list property you have the right to sell or lease. No scraped, duplicated, discriminatory, misleading or unlawful content. Houm may remove listings and terminate accounts at its discretion.
4. Fees
Listing on Houm is free. We may introduce optional paid features in future — you'll always be notified before any charge.
5. Liability
Houm is provided "as is". We are not liable for disputes between users, the accuracy of listings, or losses arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
